What we do
The building phase is where your diagnostic meets your learning. We pick a project, ship it, put it in production.
We start from a precise need, not a general idea. A project we can ship in one to three sessions. An email pipeline, a dashboard, an automatic sort, a smart questionnaire. The scope is clear.
We write the first draft live with you. You understand every line because you asked the question that led to it. It is not a delivered tool, it is a co-built tool.
We test on your real data. Not on a demo set. We fix what breaks, document, move to production. You leave with a tool you actually use, not a prototype that sleeps.
A telling example
A naturopath: an affiliate system that runs on its own
A naturopath managed 250 affiliates by hand in spreadsheets and on an expensive external platform. In two building sessions, we replaced the platform with a self-hosted database, plugged into an emailing tool, orchestrated by short scripts.
Three months later, the system runs on its own. Commissions are computed, follow-ups sent, onboardings automated. He reclaimed about ten hours a week, and pays less.
