Terms of sale

1. Seller

These terms of sale apply to every sale made on the ruchelab.com website. The seller is MTHLVR VENTURES PTE. LTD., a company registered in Singapore under UEN 202622306H, located at 31 Boon Tat Street, #02-01, Eagles Center, Singapore 069625, operating the RucheLab brand.

2. Scope

The general terms apply to every offer sold on the website. Each offer also has its own specific terms, set out below: they state its content, dates, price and payment arrangements.

The applicable version is the one online on the day of your order, dated at the top of this page.

3. Order and formation of the contract

You order from the offer page, which sends you to the payment page of our provider Stripe. Before paying, you read and accept these terms.

The contract is formed when your payment is confirmed.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, net. The applicable price is the one displayed on the offer page and on the payment page at the time of the order.

5. Payment

Payment is made by card, on the Stripe payment page. We never have access to your full card number.

When an offer is paid in instalments, the number, amount and schedule of the debits are set by its specific terms.

6. Right of withdrawal and refund

You have 14 days from the first payment to request a full refund of the amounts paid, first session included, without giving a reason. Send the request by email to the contact address below.

After 14 days, the amounts paid remain due and the scheduled debits remain payable.

7. Failed payment

If a payment or a debit fails, we let you know by email. Without settlement within 14 days of the failure, access to the offer is suspended until payment; the amounts remain due.

You can settle at any time by updating your card or by paying the instalment as described in our email.

8. Cancellation by RucheLab

If an offer were cancelled before it starts, all amounts paid would be refunded in full within 14 days.

9. Intellectual property in the materials

The materials provided as part of an offer (session recordings, documents, templates, prompts) belong to MTHLVR VENTURES PTE. LTD. They are for your own use only: you may not copy, distribute or resell them without our written permission.

What you build with them, your files, your tools and their results, belongs to you.

10. Personal data

The data collected with your order (first name, email, payment details processed by Stripe) is used to deliver the offer and to meet our accounting obligations. The processing, providers and your rights are described in our privacy policy.

12. Governing law, jurisdiction and mediation

B1. Purpose and enrolment

The Bootcamp is the “2 November 2026 cohort” programme, taught in French: four weeks online, live sessions, office hours and a peer support group.

Enrolment is open from 7 September to 1 November 2026, limited to 20 seats.

B2. Price and payment

The price of the programme is 1,500 euros net, paid in three monthly debits of 500 euros on the card saved at the time of payment.

The first debit is taken with the order, the second one month later, the third two months later. The payment subscription ends after the third debit: no further debit is taken.

Payment is handled by our provider Stripe. By confirming the payment, you authorise these three debits.

The subscription to the AI tool used during the programme (about 20 euros per month) is at your own expense and is taken out directly with its publisher.

B3. Failed debit

If a debit fails, we let you know by email. Without settlement within 14 days of the failed debit, access to the sessions, the group and the materials is suspended until payment; the amounts remain due.

B4. Programme and commitment

The programme includes a preparation module, four weeks of live sessions with office hours, and access to the group for 90 days from the start.

Sessions are recorded. If you attend the sessions and hand in the work without reaching the programme’s autonomy grid, you get a collective catch-up session and extended peer support. This commitment is not a promise of commercial results.

The programme works on your files, on your computer: no data about your clients is sent to us.
